Brilliant service excellent way to declutter

Excellent and very consistent service.

Prompt and good service. Wish I could more easily identify which book sector their looking for as its quite time consuming putting in ISBN codes and being told "we're not currently buying this book". Similarly with DVD's.Also if one has new and un-played DVD's still in their cellophane wrapper (eg unwanted gifts) one should be able to highlight this and get a better price.

Easy to use, convenient pick up, fast payment

The transaction was smooth. Once I registered all the books for sale, received label quickly and took it to my local depot. Money was in my account very quickly. Very pleased with the way it is all so organised.

When WeBuyBooks get given negative reviews, they whine to trustpilot to get them removed

Found fault with almost every single book. Went from £19 to £8 on review. I wish I had just given books to charity as it then wouldn't allow these guys to make a profit.I used zapper for 2nd lot of books. No issues and paid in full for every book. Use them instead.

Great service. Useful that it identifies if you've already added a box to your list. Shame it doesn't allow you to add two copies of the same book though. Felt sorry for the courier who hadn't received the update about the change from collection to drop off. He had two wasted journeys.

The service itself was fine, but the courier took over two weeks to get to me.UPDATE: As you can see the people got back to me, so I want to stress that the only problem was the courier. Pricing was transparent, payment prompt, and the service itself was fine.
